1. Govt withdraws Personal Data Protection Bill
The Ministry of Information Technology and Electronics (MEITY) has withdrawn The Personal Data Protection Bill, 2021 after a Joint Parliamentary Committee (JCP) suggested 81 amendments to the bill.
